With experience spanning nearly every corner of operations—from processing and loan support to condominium project review and team coordination—she has a deep understanding of how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

In her role as COO, Whitney oversees internal operations, team management, and marketing. She’s passionate about building efficient systems, supporting the growth of her team, and creating a seamless, supportive experience for both staff and clients.
